 Allergies and Health Conditions Our products contain natural ingredients. For your well-being, please inform your service provider of any food or other allergies and physical or medical conditions, including pregnancy. Our facility is smoke free; please refrain from tobacco use of any kind in the facility or on the grounds. Communication We strive to create a tranquil environment for all our guests. Our exclusive spa treatments are designed to be therapeutic and relaxing. To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that all cell phones, pagers and other communication devices be silenced upon entering the facility. We also request any conversations be held quietly in all spa areas. Children In order to maintain a relaxing environment for all our guests, we request that children not accompany you to your scheduled spa appointments. Services will be rescheduled for guests who arrive with children, if the children are not receiving spa or salon services. Fees may be assessed for scheduled services. We require parental or guardian written consent for young adults 17 years of age or younger to receive spa services. A parent or guardian may be present for treatments. Preferences Your treatment and time are yours and we want to respect your time with us. Please be sure to communicate preferences to your service provider as to the amount of pressure, room temperature, whether you would like conversation or silence, or any other discomfort, concern or preferences you may have. Our goal is for your experience to be positive, and corrections can be made only if we are made aware of concerns at the time of service. Comment cards will be provided in the service areas, please leave them with a Guest Services Coordinator upon leaving. |
