![]() For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, and to enable our staff to offer the best service possible, we ask that the following policies be observed. Reservations Please contact one of our Guest Services Coordinators to make your reservations well in advance. We suggest at least two weeks notice, so that we may accommodate your schedule, but walk-ins are welcome as the schedule permits. We recommend you reserve your next appointment before leaving in order to ensure your preferred service time and providers are available. A credit card number will be used to hold your reservations. No shows will be charged in full - please see our Cancellation Policy. Group Reservations Group reservations of three or more are welcomed and will be held with a credit card at the time of reservation. We require a 72 hour notice for cancellations and/or changes for group reservations. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full. Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation to ensure time for parking and to enjoy the facility amenities. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will determine the length of your service. With respect to other guests, your treatment will end at the scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed. The full treatment price will be charged. Cancellation Policy Your service time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please notify us by 5pm on the business day prior to your appointment. One half of the treatment price will be charged for cancellations and/or changes made after 5pm the previous business day. No shows are charged in full. Gift Certificate Policies Vallie Marie gift cards may be purchased in any monetary increment and used toward any of our services, packages, or products. A reactivation fee of $20 per year will be assessed if not used within one year from date of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice and gift card users will be responsible for any price differences. Gift card must be presented at time of service. Prices and Gratuities Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included for individual services and are at your discretion. An 18%-25% gratuity is customary for excellent service and is greatly appreciated. All gratuities should be given directly to a Guest Services Coordinator and will be distributed in full to your service provider. Confidentiality The State of Texas requires that we prepare in-take forms which are renewed annually. The information is invaluable to the service providers and ensures your well-being. Forms are absolutely confidential, as is any information you share with our staff. |
